The Nikon Coolpix AW100 has good rugged specifications for its price and solid GPS performance. The camera is also fairly easy to use out of the box

The AW100's slow lens requires more use of high ISO settings or slow shutter speeds. Its controls feel spongy and occasionally unresponsive due to the waterproofing and the body's somewhat slippery
