  • F1.4 maximum aperture, Lots of features, Robust settings, Great image quality
  • Slow zoom speeds
  • Anyone looking for a compact companion to their DSLRs can certainly look towards the Samsung EX2F. The specs itself is impressive already, especially the f/1.4 aperture, but the EX2F goes the distance with great image quality and a robust set of features...

  • Fast F1.4 lens, Swivel AMOLED display, Good lowlight performance, Easy to use interface, Magnesium alloy body, DLNA, WiFi and sharing functions
  • A bit on the bulky side, Unable to customize Fn button, Battery can only be charged incamera, Slightly subdued colors in JPEG images
  • The EX2F is undoubtedly Samsung's best digital compact so far. With solid build and a magnesium alloy body, the EX2F definitely feels like the flagship model of Samsung's compacts. The AMOLED display is a joy to use, and it offers more flexibility in comp...

  • Fast F1.4 lens, Swivel AMOLED display, Good low-light performance, Easy to use interface, Magnesium alloy body, DLNA, Wi-Fi and sharing functions
  • A bit on the bulky side, Unable to customize Fn button, Battery can only be charged in-camera, Slightly subdued colors in JPEG images
  • The lack of a control ring on the lens barrel (found on some premium compacts) and the inability to assign functions to the Fn button does make using the EX2F a slight bit more restrictive than some other cameras, though this will not be an issue to those...
