  • Abstract:  Silverstone has always been known for classic, stylish case designs. Recently, they gave one product line a bolder look that appeals to the gaming PC community. That line of cases came in the form of the Raven and Raven 2. Not all PC enthusiasts wan...

  • Quiet, New design, Dust filters, Hard drive cage
  • The Raven 2 was a good case, and the Fortress just seems to improve it even further. Most importantly the problems with the hard drive cage are now gone, and I for one find the aluminum uni-frame so much better looking than the Raven's bezels....

  • SilverStone has combined the unibody construction of the Temjin cases with the vertically mounted motherboard trays of the Raven case in the Fortress FT02 case. There’s plenty to like about the case including positive air pressure when in operation, to...

  • Abstract:  Video Review: The SilverStone Fortress FT02 Case is one of the very best Full-Tower cases on the market. This case offers gorgeous styling, aluminum unibody design, lots of fans, excellent air circulation, removable dust filters, plenty of drive bays, cable management holes and so much more. This case is truly in a class of it's own.

  • The FT02 was a pleasure to work with. The temperatures set record lows while remaining quieter than most of the recently reviewed enclosures. There also wasn’t much of a difference in noise between the high and low fan settings. I had no trouble ins...

  • The SilverStone Fortress FT02, being so similar to the Raven RV02, is an excellent base for a premium gaming PC. Though it doesn't support EATX, the motherboard tray is big enough to accommodate oversized ATX boards, and there is enough clearance for...

  • Did I like the FT02 aka Fortress 2? Yes. The case was a dream to work in. I thought that dealing with a case that boasted a 90 degree turned motherboard would result in issues during the build process. I was totally wrong. The time that I spent buildin...

  • So there you have it!It certainly looks like SilverStone has a winning recipe here; part TJ07, a bit of FT01 and a healthy dose of RV02 equals one awesome case. We have so many great things to say about the Fortress FT02 that we really don’t know wh...
