Its pricier than other fans. It would be nicer to have a built in resistor in the fan with a switch that can be accessed from the back of the PC instead of having to switch adapters every time you want to change the speed.
Fan cables are sleeved but the adapters are not
Colors may not work for everyone's taste
Price (The NFP12 does perform a bit better for around the same price and yields better static pressure)
