Expensive for 1080p
No speakers
Painfully pricey
Low resolution
Can you really tell the difference
Gamma didn't quite hit ‘2.2' in any setting (although came pretty close) and there are perceived gamma and saturation differences vertically due to the typical TN weaknesses
The screen surface imparted a bit of graininess when viewing lighter content
Cheapest GSync display on the market, Amazing 180Hz refresh rate, Extremely welldesigned
Worse viewing angles with TN panel, Just two display inputs, Only 24 inches
If you own an Nvidia graphics card and you spend more time gaming on your PC than anything else, a 180Hz display with G-Sync is absolutely worth the money. But otherwise, you could choose a larger display, IPS panel technology or a higher resolution for s...
The ROG Swift PG248Q is a monitor designed to be used at 1080p, by people who want the very best PC gaming performance, but without the high prices of the larger G-Sync IPS screens. In fact it's one of the most affordable G-Sync screens around and in term
Purely by adding a G-Sync module, the price shoots right up, putting this TN screen into a market segment where it's competing with completely different, more high-end displays than the MG248Q is. For a small additional outlay, you could pick up a 4K disp
This is a TN panel, and while it generally looks very good indeed, a TN screen still will never look quite as good as an IPS screen due to more narrow viewing angles, even though it's one of the best looking TN panels we've seen. For the lower price of th...

Like an exotic sports car, the PG248Q is not without a few challenges in ownership. But when you make the right tweaks during setup, you'll be rewarded with one of the finest gaming experiences imaginable. The smooth and instant response of this monit...

144Hz refresh in normal mode, 180Hz when overclocked, NVIDIA GSync support, GameVisual presets optimised for different game types, Extra GamePlus widgets including crosshairs, frame rate and timer, Great colour accuracy when calibrated
Very expensive, Brightness isn't very uniform.
The ASUS ROG SWIFT PG248Q really is full of bells and whistles, and is also capable of great colour accuracy when calibrated properly. The lack of brightness uniformity is a bit of a concern, but the extremely high refresh rate and support for NVIDIA G-Sy...

I don't like TN panels. Sorry, Asus, but there it is. I don't like their washed-out colour reproduction, the weak viewing angles and the limited dynamic range they offer. That alone should be enough for me to put the Asus ROG Swift PG248Q back in its box...
The ASUS PG248Q gaming monitor is one of our favourites in terms of quality and features, even if the display resolution is only capped at Full HD. This model is fairly new so price isn't available yet, but we're fairly sure it'll still fetch a pretty pe...

EXCELLENT MOTION CLARITY, EXCELLENT ERGONOMICS, OSD NAVIGATION, CLASS LEADING RESPONSE TIME, OVERCLOCKABLE PANEL – 180HZ MAX
The ASUS ROG Swift PG248Q is a monitor that showed me the true meaning of love and hate relationships (hardware-wise). For an instance, it displayed an exceptional motion clarity performance, coupled up with overclockable refresh rates that could go up t...
It is magnificent! It is by far, one of the more affordable (PhP28,630.00) alternatives with Full HD, 180Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and G-Sync compatible monitors around. I've used it for quite some time, and I must say that I'm impressed with the...
