Topnotch performance
Great ergonomic support
Excellent value
Very good color quality. Loaded with features. Affordably priced. Energy Efficient.
Ergonomically flexible design
The 24" screen gives you a lot of space to get things done. The available software allows for easier access to many of the on-screen controls normally relegated to front buttons. Integrated webcam and other conferencing features are top notch for business
The Dell UltraSharp U2412m has great performance with excellent ergonomic support and a robust and easy-to-navigate OSD with tons of options for customization. It also has five USB ports
And it's currently available for about $350
The editors didn't like
Lacks HDMI input
Viewing angles are mediocre
No HDMI port. Lacks auto-pivot support. Small text could be cleaner
Relatively expensive
No HDMI port. Lacks autopivot support. Small text could be cleaner
Initial set up with the stand already attached was a bit of a pain
Though that shouldn't really be a frequent problem. Price may be a bit more than some would want to pay
Though included features soften the blow quite a bit
Before getting to far into this conclusion, let’s get one thing out in the open: the U2412M just can’t compete against Dell’s own U2410 or many other 24” IPS-based displays on the market, nor was it ever meant to. We consider it to be bridge between hi...

HDMI is missing from the connection options, and performance-wise, it's not quite there compared with high-end, pro-grade IPS panels, especially when it comes to viewing angles
With thoughtful design, great performance, and plenty of OSD features, the Dell UltraSharp U2412 fills its value quotient to the brim....
The Dell UltraSharp U2412M is a monitor that is a very valuable acquisition once you decide to make it....

Abstract: The Dell UltraSharp U2412M is a mid-range 24-inch monitor with a slim profile and thin stand. While it had good overall performance, we found the stand to be a little awkward to use. Sections Get the Dell UltraSharp U2412M Reviewed.com offers the abil...
The Dell UltraSharp U2412 delivers very good value for money and will appeal to anyone who needs to spend a lot of time in front of their monitor. It's not a multimedia display, but its excellent display quality and ergonomics make it great for design,...
Abstract: The U2412M delivered an excellent display performance and the on-screen menu is easy to navigate when adjusting brightness, contrast, and sharpness. Colour accuracy was excellent across a wide range...
Abstract: Another batch of monitors just landed. This time, we're sampling 24" screens. If 27" is too big (and too expensive), and 23" is too small, this round-up is just what you need. We put three screens through the usual paces to find a definitive winner.....
