  • AMDs new Radeon HD 4830 is positioned to fill one of the last gaps in the GPU market price ranges. While the HD 4670 has a tight grip on the sub-$100 market and the HD 4850 is a great choice in the sub-$200 range, AMD felt there was something missing ...

  • Excellent performance, Great overclocking headroom, Runs cooler than other HD 4800 series cards, ATI AVIVO Technology, Low price...

  • What can I say my jaw is on the floor currently. I was not expecting this card to do that well. I mean the HD 4800 series are great cards but with what was disabled I had fears that it crippled a good card. Boy was I wrong. At stock this card even put...

  • The HD 4830 really is a great little card. you really cant go wrong. Spending the extra money on a HD 4850 is going to be worth it to people who can stretch the budget that far, but if you want to stay under that all important $100 barrier then yo...

  • Abstract:  Our only real complaint is the lack of a CrossFire cable with the card. If you buy another PowerColor Radeon HD 4830, you still won’t be able to put them in CrossFire mode without that cable. They can be purchased separately, but the cable should really be standard issue.

  • The Radeon HD 4830 is a very impressive product due to the performance it offers for the price of approximately £99/$130. It did not win every benchmark in our review but other than Lost Planet Colonies it was never far away from the equivalent GeForc...
