Engineering and quality. All needed connectivity cables are included. Two color LED status indicator plus eject button. Compatible with a wide range of operating systems and connectivity technologies. A good paper User Guide is included.

I don’t see how it could have been a better or easier to operate device.
The Voyager Q doesnt support ATA (IDE) hard drives and comes with a bulky power adapter.
Pricey
But cheaper similar devices do not offer all four connection methods. Clunky power supply.
