I am impressed with the Western Digital My Cloud EX4. As a storage product
It offers many storage options at a very reasonable cost
As well as a plethora of way to access that storage
Underpowered for business use
Can't schedule attached backups
No logging

No Surveillance Feature (Extra)
No HDMI Output
Not Compatible With 2.5" Drives
Business use limited to small offices with simple needs
Slightly slower write speed compared to other devices in class
Very slow read/write performance
No provision for folder syncing
No locks on drive trays
Below average write speed. Lacks some advanced business features
The server's write speed is disappointing. The mobile app supports a limited number of file formats
There's no search function
And it won't allow you to sort by content type
Management software requires Java applet to run. Shared folders are not protected by default
