No tilt/elevation adjustability

The K810 costs $40 more than competing Bluetooth keyboards
No dedicated numeric pad
No cradle to prop up mobile devices
The only downside is Bluetooth
Or more specifically your Bluetooth connection. Make sure you have a decent dongle or it will appear as though the keyboard is slow and misses keypresses
You need to reprogram the Command and Option keys. Fn key is oddly placed
