Telescope handle pole inside the bag isn't wrapped to protect other contents. Handle wobbled quite a bit. Computer padding isn't very thick. Top of computer pocket not covered. Hand straps need a padded wrap. A number of exposed or loose threads.

Attaching and detaching the shoulder strap is tricky
Some of the bags contents are exposed when the telescoping handle is raised.
Overall, the bag is constructed well, is a great size for up to three days of clothes (if you wear the same shoes all three days) and has enough hiding spaces to bring along all your stuff. I rate this bag 10/10. It was that impressive. ...
