  • Good build quality, Fingerprint reader, Centrino 2, Impressive battery life, 3 year warranty, Available with 64bit Windows and/or 8GB of RAM
  • No DVI or HDMI port, Fingerprint reader unfortunately placed, No eSATA or USB charging with power off, Average value for money
  • A solid business laptop with excellent battery life, the EliteBook 6930p wont disappoint, but there is little in this laptop to warrant the Elite label.

  • Good battery life, sturdy build, fast hard drive, keyboard light, two navigation devices
  • Lid’s latch can be difficult to use, very long set up time, no ’Sleep-and-Charge’-like ports
  • The 6930P’s size makes it both comfortable to use, as well as easy to transport, and users who require a lot of running time away from an outlet will appreciate the option for a larger second battery. We don’t particularly like its latch syste...

  • Rugged in the extreme. Comfortable in use. Unbelievable battery life with ultra-capacity pack
  • Screen resolution could be better. Colours faded with blue cast. Extra battery life equals extra heft
  • The 24-hour battery makes it significantly less portable, but if you’ve got a strong enough bag this is a top-class heavyweight business laptop ...

  • Abstract:  If you need a robust, hard working notebook with a decent sized keyboard, multiple WiFi options, several specifically useful business and security options plus easy to use controls, then it may be worth joining the Elite. It would be nice to have a DV...

  • Abstract:  HPs EliteBook 6930p is clearly a business laptop, but its an attractive one, partly thanks to its brushed metal lid. Its aimed squarely at business users so it has a smartcard slot and, unusually, a webcam that can also be used to scan and digiti...

  • Solidly built to withstand the knocks of mobile working; integrated keyboard light; very good keyboard
  • Most models lack integrated mobile broadband; low-resolution screen; only three USB ports
  • HP's EliteBook 6930p is a solidly built system that comes in a wide range of configurations. We have reservations about the entry-level screen resolution and USB port placement, but overall this is a decent mobile workhorse ...
