  • Reasonably priced plans

The editors didn't like

  • Lots of screens to navigate. Admin management screens and workflow could be better organized. SharePoint offline file synching quirky. Needs more robust mobile integration. Microsoft needs to keep pricing models and SKUs simple and easy to understand.
  • Separate screen to save and share documents is jarring
  • Not as touch-friendly as we'd like
  • Can't view others' edits in real-time
  • Separate Desktop and Modern versions of same app
  • Limited sharing and collaboration options
  • Poor mobile performance aside from Windows Phone 7
  • Substantial learning curve
  • No Undo command when designing SharePoint Website
