Less than stellar battery life

Performance isn't as strong as some of the competition and the kickstand doesn't stand up to the excellent one on the Surface Pro. It may be hard to get one unless you already preordered through its crowdfunding campaign
Odd software glitches
Side buttons don't stand out
Unproven reliability
Unconventional availability
Heavy by tablet standards
Backspace key says “oops!”
Pen digitizer palm rejection requires pen to be very close to the screen
Pen magnet on the edge is too weak to reliably keep it in place while mobile
Alcantara keyboard cover looks great
But can attract crumbs
Completely flat power and volume buttons are hard to find
Active pen isn't as precise as others
Keyboard doesn't always perform well over Bluetooth
Speakers sound lifeless
Slightly heavy for a tablet PC
Uppertier models provide less performance than the Surface Pro. A few early software bugs. Customer service and support are unknowns at this stage
Rather heavy in comparison
Included Type-C charging cable wiggles
Dirt-resistance of the keyboard is questionable
Performance of the m3 version is inconsistent with our expectations
Additional gains of eGPU are heavily limited by the CPU

The production of the Eve V is very different from what we're used to. Personally, I've been pretty skeptical about crowd-funded products. A lot of them fail miserably, but the Eve V is a testament to the ability of volunteers pooling together their skill...

The crowd-designed Eve V offers competitive pricing and a better feature set than the Surface Pro, but getting your hands on one will be the real challenge...
Solid build quality, Plenty of ports, Excellent display, Great battery life, A few unique features found nowhere else
Keyboard could be better, Performance is held back by a low-power CPU, Pen technology is way behind the curve, Company's ability to deliver is uncertain
No The Eve V is everything the company promised, and if you're looking for a tablet first and don't need the best performance, then the Eve V might be tempting. It's not inexpensive, however, and we're just not confident in the company's ability to delive...
Good-quality screen (but not one for accuracy), Great value with included accessories, Lots of ports, Decent performance, Backlit keyboard cover works independently
Some minor build quality issues, So-so battery life, Can currently only be bought direct in flash sales
A great-value convertible for anyone who finds dealing with dongles a headache...

questions over screen durability, still a work in progress, relatively difficult to actually buy, unknown brand, Yseries Intel processors with weaker graphics
Against the odds, Eve actually managed to produce a Windows tablet that is really quite good. It's clear that it's still a bit of a work in progress, with software updates making improvements to things such as stylus lag and audio quality in the last mont...

Stunning Screen, Blistering performance, Battery Life, That fingerprint scanner, Handmade to order, Significantly cheaper than a Surface Pro 4
No GPS, NFC or LTE, We'd rather have had a hinged keyboard, Long lead time and limited availability, It's so good, it's difficult to write an impartial review, That is literally all we can think of
The world's first crowdsourced 2-in-1 might be the best convertible we've seen so far...
