整體來說 Sony 這款 HMZ-T1 3D 頭戴式影院，以外型設計上來說比起先前的 EPSON 要來得更有科技感一些，不過雖然兩款產品均為個人用的頭戴式影音產品，但由於作用不同，因此這次也沒有一起進行比較，雖說這款產品在實際的重量上並沒有很笨重，但在配戴時還是會感受的產品的重量，尤其是眼鏡部分會有偏重的情況，所以在後方的頭帶就會擁有相當大的壓迫感，造成如果調整不好就會有不舒服的情況發生。機身上設計了多個可彈性調整的裝置設計，對於各個頭型的使用者來說算是相當貼心，不過在鼻墊與遮光裝置的部分就是有待改進的地...
