Tiltandroll mechanic is plenty fun with the 3DS accelerometer.
Classic Monkey Ball mode looks cool in 3D

Controls very easily and good for gamers of all ages. There are download-play versus options
So you only need one cartridge. Monkey Race mode is surprisingly fun.

Monkey Race and Monkey Fight modes are very boring knockoffs of Mario Kart and Smash Bros

Error message can come up when you suspend the game. Motion controls are awkward and take a lot of getting used to. You can’t use motion controls and have the 3D effect on. Monkey Fight is only fun with other people playing. No online multiplayer.
