  • Abstract:  wheel_of_fortuneI'll admit I was one of the guys who kind of scoffed at the idea of a Grand Theft Auto on the DS. I've grown so used to the idea of a GTA game being set in the bigger 3D worlds established from part 3 and onwards, that the idea of going...

  • Abstract:  You play as Huang Lee, the son of a fallen Triad higher-up, and when your family’s “sacred” sword, the Yu Jian, is stolen and you’re left for dead, the thrust of the story becomes retrieving the sword, as well as finding your father’s killers. Tho...

  • GTA: Chinatown Wars is an incredible addition to the DS library and is so good that I want Rockstar Leeds to make the next console game. Now matter how you cut it, Chinatown Wars is just more fun, has more variety and just more to do than the GTA game...

  • Abstract:  The phenomenally successful Grand Theft Auto series roars onto Nintendo DS in style in the very impressive Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars. Using the same outlay of Liberty City that was featured in Grand Theft Auto 4, the game tells the story of Huan...

  • Abstract:  The first time I ever played a Grand Theft Auto game was on the Sega Dreamcast. I remember that it was pretty amazing, even if it was 2D. It was like driving matchbox cars around a miniature city, occasionally getting out to kill people; meanwhile you...

  • Abstract:  When GTA: Chinatown is loaded into my DS, I get excited when I turn it on. I get this little rush of excitement that starts pumping through me and I feel like a kid again. We won't go into just what that says about my childhood, but it boils down to a ...

  • Abstract:  On the surface, Chinatown Wars is everything the DS stands for: bold colours, cartoony graphics and a devout adherence to stylus-based mini-games. It's an undeniably ironic twist, the DS's first 18-rated game practically immersing itself in the very tr...

  • Abstract:  Among the Brain Training and Imagine games, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars just doesn't seem to fit. Titles about drug-dealing Chinese murderers don't seem quite at home on a system endorsed by that sparrow-faced woman from Friends, but it's not lik...
