The editors liked

  • TDP and power draw is almost unbelievable at 150W for such a high-performance GPU
  • Using only one 8-pin PCIe cable
  • In contrast the Fury X requires two 8-pin cables
  • Overclockability is very good so far – GPU Boost 3.0 works with the Precision X overcloc
  • Holy graphics
  • Batman!
  • Tremendous gameplay variety
  • Unrivaled combat
  • Terrific performances
  • The Batmobile
  • Batman is his badass self with tons of cool tech to play with
  • Batmobile can be awesome in short spurts
  • Open-world Gotham City is fun to explore and traverse
  • Gotham is beautiful
  • Albeit exaggerated
  • Batman still feels like Batman
  • Beautiful graphics
  • Compelling (but disturbing) story
  • Fun new gadgets and moves
  • Opportunity to play as other characters

The editors didn't like

  • The Batmobile
  • Excessive vehicular madness
  • Feature creep
  • Game-breaking performance issues
  • Batmobile overly arcade-like
  • Uninspired
  • Fairly linear story
  • Squanders its best villains on boring missions
  • The Batmobile. Everything about it is bad
  • Batmobile seems forced at times

  • Excellent gameplay variety, Strong performances, Detailed open world, Brawls and Predator fights
  • Tank feels out of place
  • If this is in fact the last Rocksteady-developed Batman game, the series will end on a high note. Arkham Knight is the biggest Batman game yet, not just in map size, but in the wide range of different types of gameplay, and its collection of characters. T...

  • Intriguing open world, Stratospheric degrees of polish, Simple yet sophisticated combat, THE BATMOBILE THE BATMOBILE THE BATMOBILE
  • Occasionally frustrating quest blocking
  • I struggle to think of another action game that has mastered action, puzzling, platforming, adventure, and racing quite so effectively, and presented each element with such an insane degree of polish.Every other contender in the field should gaze on in aw...
