The game looks great using the Frostbite Engine. When we say destructible environments we mean it. You can level entire buildings till they are nothing but a few steps and an inner wall. Greenpeace would cry if they saw just how many trees you can blow ap...
Great story told from a unique perspective
Blowing stuff up
Team-oriented multiplayer.
Blowing stuff up has rarely been this fun
Great collection of gadgets and vehicles
Massive 24player multiplayer maps
Finally a fleshedout singleplayer game
Excellent balance in player classes
Vehicle strength
And map layouts.

The fact that you can heal yourself anywhere and at nearly any time really detracts from the concern of getting shot or dying. Sometimes I agree that games just need to be fun
But I am also not a huge fan of games that make it too easy
The other issue...
Eastern Europe left in shambles after all this destruction
Vehicle camera sometimes bothersome.
Some enemies in campaign never graduated basic training
Fantastic graphics and long draw distance. Great atmosphere. First truly deformable environment with near fully destructible buildings. Massive playing area and a diverse range of vehicles and classes to use. A good number of multiplayer maps.
AI can be irritating in single-player. Only one game mode in multiplayer on release (more to come).
Abstract: It’s probably safe for me to say that the console Battlefield game that came out a couple years ago was never as good as the ones released on PC. It suffered from being downgraded, which is what happens to a lot of the multiplayer game ports that get s...
Frostbite engine is very, very good, Enjoyable single player campaign, Great sounds for the most part, The usual up and downs of Battlefield multiplayer
AI is barely GCSE grade G, Single player can become a tad samey, The usual up and downs of Battlefield multiplayer

Gold Rush truly is a brilliantly put-together game mode, but it really is the only bit worth buying Battlefield: Bad Company for. The single-player campaign tries hard to please, but ultimately still feels mostly pointless. 7.8/10Print this pageUser re...
Well-tuned shooter mechanics, Gold Rush is a lot of fun, Tactical application of destruction is decent
Unlock system leaves a lot to be desired, Single player campaign isnt that good, Destruction feels quite superficial
With each iteration adding its own flavor to the mix, the Battlefield franchise has evolved over time and managed to secure a firm grip on the online shooter market. The latest offering in the series – Battlefield: Bad Company – brings ex...
Abstract: By Sherwin LohAS FIRST-PERSON shooting (FPS) games go, this one literally leaves players out in the cold.As many FPS games require a mixture of tactics and gunplay skills, players are forced to find a balance between taking cover and taking the shot. B...
