  • Abstract:  Have you had enough Guitar Hero yet? The sales totaling into the millions and growing every day say you havent. Activision agrees. In 2007 alone weve already seen Guitar Hero 2 release on Xbox 360 and Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s on PS2, but th...

  • Over 60 new tracks plus more to download means our love affair with Guitar Hero continues. It’s only rock ‘n’ roll but we like it – a lot ...

  • Career mode is much more enjoyable than in any previous Guitar Hero, the best guitar peripheral yet can pull double duty with the PS2 version of GH3, downloadable content seems to be more consistent this time around
  • Some of the best tracks are locked in co-op career; a bit too many obscure metal tracks towards the end, while some great tracks are mired in the no-mans-land of bonus tracks; online is a notch below the Xbox 360s The Final Word A far cry from the Xb...
  • A far cry from the Xbox 360 version, Guitar Hero III on PS3 is a great game and youre still guaranteed a good time.

  • Simply, utterly, addictive.; -Better track list than previous Guitar Hero titles; -New tracks being added on to Playstation Store; -The appearance of Slash as a character!; ;
  • Essentially nothing new compared to its predecessors; -The guitar battles are weak; -Lack of customisable tracks; -Some track choices are… questionable.;

  • Wireless axe avoids accidental unplugging. Improved Fret buttons. New Battle mode
  • Nothing that new - but do we care?

  • Many more master recordings, Good track selection, Better overall presentation
  • Too difficult for beginners, Not too different from GH II
  • Guitar Hero II set the bar for rhythm games really high with its great track selection and extremely addictive gameplay, and it made us fall in love with the idea of performing in front of a packed audience. Although I’d hoped for a lot from Gui...
