Um… despite the voyeuristic tendencies
You don't actually get added to any watch lists for just playing the game
The girls look pretty good
Offering their most dedicated fans an experience entirely focused on their most appealing assets and polygons.

The focus is creepy and disturbing
What little gameplay there is isn't very good. If you're not part of the very niche group that goes for this kind of thing you'll probably just find it creepy.
