The editors liked

  • Wide range of exercises and sports that really put you through your paces
  • Strict workout regimens keep you interested
  • Can be very challenging
  • Especially if youre not aerobically fit.
  • Nice selection of exercises
  • Manages to be fun and helpful
  • Much cheaper than Wii Fit

The editors didn't like

  • Resistance bands are a little weak
  • Some exercises arent great without the optional Wii Balance Board.
  • Presentation is lacking
  • Will not replace a regular workout

  • Some exercises are actually fun, Enough different activities to keep workouts fresh, Very effective alternative to Wii Fit
