Its exercise. Fun mini games. Strong Mii integration.
Loads of built in games and cheaper than going to the gym - you also get a laugh when other people use it in front of you.

You can work out those thunder thighs without going to the gym with a variety of fun games and exercises. Plus there’s the bonus of a very accurate BMI/weight scale.
