Company 2 is an overthetop
Irreverent thrillride of a firstperson shooter which is begging to be played
Even despite its minor issues.
Weak solo campaign
Graphics glitches
The Bad Company attitude is toned down
The singleplayer campaign in Bad Company follows the same four soldiers introduced in the first game. Instead of the open levels and “finders keepers” vibe of the first game
However
Bad Company 2 is a much more linear story driven game where Bad Company plays good soldier instead of going all rogue and awesome

Some questionable class unlocks in multiplayer
Campaign story forgettable
Some checkpoints farther apart than I liked.
Cliche story and archetypal characters could be a bit of a turnoff for some
Not many new ideas in the way of multiplayer
Limited weapon customization.
Very short single player mode.
Occasional technical hiccups
Company 2 is by all intents and purposes a fantastic followup to the original game. All of the great ideas that fell short have now come to light

Exciting and unique singleplayer objectives; multiplayer is rewarding and deep
Cliche story and archetypal characters could be a bit of a turnoff for some; not many new ideas in the way of multiplayer; limited weapon customization.
Those looking at Bad Company 2 as only a single-player game might come away disappointed. It's an action packed, gorgeous, and explosive game but it doesn't quite come together into a campaign for the ages. It more feels like an added bonus to the...
Abstract: I must admit that I wasn't a big fan of the original game as the single-player campaign was quite flat and not inspirational at all. Even though it had a rather decent multiplayer aspect, if you offer single player, you need to ensure that it is quite ...
Easily the best FPS I’ve played in a long time. Dialogue that makes me want to watch a feature film starring these guys. A virtually flawless single and multiplayer experience.
A couple of graphical glitches here and there, and a screen tear or two, but nothing to detract from the game.
