The difficulty is disjointed and can be frustrating at times. Gamers who haven't already maxed out their characters need not apply.
Increased level cap. Awesome new loot to find and use. New vehicles which are fun to ride in with friends. Plenty of new enemies to fight. Decent narrative for the missions. More of that great Borderlands sense of humour. A lot of side missions and conten...
The environments don't add anything that new. Might be a bit too "more of the same" for some people. Difficulty scaling is a bit off. No fast travel system forces a lot of backtracking.
