Laugh out Loud funny (if you have a somewhat sick sense of humor)
I’ve said this already
But I can’t stress how much I appreciate a good charactercreation tool in a game like this. It’s not that I’m against games with an interesting character
Much less ones whose stories are predetermined (i.e. most nonWestern RPGs)
But I’d rather play as a creation of mine instead of a generic
Dull character
Such at the one in Star Wars
The Force Unleashed
The editors didn't like
Derivative design
Poorly structured single player game makes side missions mandatory
Unpolished graphics.
Low-brow humor gets old rather quickly
Graphical glitches and collision detection issues
No talk radio.
Friendly AI is frustratingly stupid
Multiplayer is forgettable.
A few collision detection issues
Colors appear washed out at times
Since the marketing on this game is designed to rag on Grand Theft Auto 4
Lets rag on everything else in this game that doesn’t measure up to Grand Theft Auto 4
No matter how petty or insignificant
Terrible radio stations with boring DJs
Unfunny commercials and mostly bad tracklists
Clipping up the arse
Bad enemy AI that has a habit of standing still while you gun down their homies

Abstract: Saints Row2 While Rockstar took a darker, more serious and mature tone for its magnum opus Grand Theft Auto IV, THQ has been content to provide fun-loving criminals another dose of absurd, violent anarchy. Most comparisons with GTA IV are unfavour...
Fantastic customisation, innovative cooperative play and online multiplayer modes, instant access to entire city
Derivative design, poorly structured single player game makes side missions mandatory, unpolished graphics
Saint’s Row 2 deserves props for its phenomenal customisation and inventive multiplayer modes-including drop in and out cooperative play-but it’s derivative design lacks polish and panache. It’s entertaining, but it’s also outclass...
Abstract: Now that all of the hoo-haa for GTAIV has subsided, the timing seems perfect for the sequel to Saint’s Row. Like the original game, Saint’s Row 2 excels in the ludicrous by combining mindless violence with brash humour in a completely free-roaming envi...
A very pleasant surprise. Accomplished way beyond our expectations and some of the best fun we’ve had inside a videogame this year, Saints Row 2 says nay to the naysayers. 8.1/10Print this pageUser reviews (2)Share this pageNoticed something wrong?...
