Abstract: Gone are the days when a review of Forza needed to drop in "Forza is the best console racing game available" as a measure of self-defence by overprotective racing enthusiasts. Not because it doesn't hold that title any more, but because it's the clear king...

Looks amazing, cars handle impeccably at last, Mod system is handy, great online diversity, all the best cars and tracks are present

Abstract: Forza Motorsport 6 is introduced by a toe-curling live action video which, in its anodyne, expensive pomposity, might as well be a banking advertisement. As you play, new features are explained to you in the soporific tones of a supermarket checkout kiosk...
Superb, immersive graphics, Convincing handling, Thrilling wet-weather and night-time racing, Irresistible line-up of cars and courses
Workmanlike structure, Irrelevant Mod card system
While too conservative to be an all-time racing classic, Forza 6 puts the driving franchise firmly back on track. The fantastic visuals, excellent handling and fearsome drivatar AI make for spectacular, satisfying racing, with a new dimension added by the...
Utterly gorgeous 1080p, 60fps visuals, 'Mods' card system is a great addition, Wet weather simulation is sublime
Far too much slow, dull racing, Odd car handling on full sim mode, Drivatar difficulty balancing is highly inconsistent
This is a true showcase for Xbox One in every area except the racing. Inconsistent difficulty, random payouts and way too many dull events seriously spoil the party...
Abstract: I'm a big fan of cars though I'm definitely not what you'd call a petrolhead. I don't know how many horses the Veyron has or what the optimal gearing ratios for maximum speed compared to acceleration are, but I love the the different sounds of the engines...
