  • No true app marketplace
  • No camera or microphone built in
  • Software can be sluggish
  • Some of the best features cost extra

  • Great industrial design, Gorgeous touch sensitive OLED screen, Beautiful and easy to use UI, Zune 4.0 software and Zune Pass music subscription beats iTunes hands down
  • No real App Store, Web browser slow at times, Doesnt work with Macs, Not available in the UK
  • One of the best media players out there. Its a great package, which works wonderfully with both the Zune software and Pass music subscription. It cant compete with the iPod Touch in terms of features but for music and video lovers its a joy.
