Compared to the IR-only 880
The Logitech Harmony 890 is pricey. Its Web interface may intimidate nontechie users
And it lacks the Wi-Fi connectivity thats beginning to appear on some rival high-end remotes.
399 MSRP is expensive
Remote buttons feel a bit cheap
Display is dim and lacks vibrant color
Pricey [eminimall]
Some will find $350 too pricey for a remote
Lacks some of the cool factor of a touch screen
Lacks capability to control devices via RS232 (I'd like an RF to RS232 addon device).

While it isnt perfect, the Logitech Harmony 890 should be near the top of your list if youre in the market for a sub-$400 RF remote that can operate equipment thats hidden behind cabinets or closet doors.
