  • Simple User interface
  • Fantabulous picture quality.
  • Excellent standard DVD upconversion. Very energy-efficient.
  • Profile 2.0-compatible
  • Onboard decoding for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio Essential
  • Excellent video quality on most Blu-ray movies.

The editors didn't like

  • No WiFi
  • Slow disk loading
  • No multichannel outputs.
  • Quick Start feature increases power consumption. Optional memory required for BD-Live support. No streaming multimedia features.
  • Cannot access streaming video services such as Netflix
  • No Wi-Fi option
  • No eject button on the remote
  • Relatively slow load times
  • Recessed USB port.
