perfekcyjne wykonanie, bardzo dobra wydajność i szybkie działanie, ekran AMOLED bardzo dobrej jakości, znacznie poprawiony czas działania, szybkie ładowanie, możliwość prowadzenia rozmów to mimo wszystko duża zaleta, bardzo dobre monitorowanie aktywności, WearOS wymaga odświeżenia (choć to nie wina Fossila), jakość rozmów mogłaby być lepsza, silikonowy pasek bardzo łatwo się brudzi, brak EKG (Apple Watch ma) Fossil Gen 5 to świetny zegarek, ale trochę śmiech przez łzyPatrząc na Fossila Gen 5 przez pryzmat zegarków z mobilnym Androidem można śmiało powiedzieć, że jest to świetny sprzęt.
