The editors didn't like
The screen attracts a lot of fingerprints making it look oily and unclean.
I have to complain about the Weather program yet again…there

Hope that 4GB is enough for you
As there is no expansion slot
Occasionally sluggish interface
Small keyboard
Extremely slow
To the point of being unusable

Keyboard blocks some menus
Expensive
Mediocre battery life
No microSD slot
Dismal battery life. TouchFLO is inconsistent in spots. Subpar video playback. No memory card slot. Gets very hot during calls (more so than the iPhone).
Very expensive
Typing a challenge on small touchscreen
Keyboard
So-so phone reception
No SD Card slot
Still a "confused" UI
Requires switches between dpad
Finger
And stylus input.
Default "Fast Sleep" mode during a call disables the Call End button
Less than stellar battery life
Some of the TouchFLO 3D animations are too slow

Molasses-slow performance
Dated menus under TouchFLO
Interface requires stylus

The Touch Diamond is sluggish and call quality is subpar. The TouchFLO interface has a bit of a learning curve
And theres no expansion slot.
While performance is greatly improved over the unlocked Touch Diamond
Theres still some sluggishness. The virtual keyboard is cramped and may give some users problems. The Touch Diamond also doesnt offer an expansion slot.
Despite more memory
It still lags at time
HTC music player needs work
Concerns about reception
At least for now
Software glitches
Glossy body
Odd dpad
No U.S. 3G
Thicker and heavier than the original
TouchFLO 3D is only skin deep
Keyboard is still a pain to use
Which makes messaging and productivity apps more difficult. Reception problems hurt data-intensive services
Small, Great screen, TouchFLO 3G is impressive, WiFi and GPS
Poor battery life, No expansion for built in memory, No 3.5mm headset jack
What a small, neat and desirable device this is! Until you take into consideration its poor battery life, lack of memory expansion, and a few other niggles....
Abstract: The new HTC Touch Diamond gets its name from the beveled edges of the back case. At first glance, it may strike you as something ordinary, even a run-of-the-mill Windows Mobile PDA. But slowly, all the extras will start coming to light. For start...

Abstract: Well, even the best diamond specimens have imperfections, whether they are visible to the naked eye or less so. Yet, last time we checked they were still quite worth it. The situation is a bit similar with HTCs own precious stone. The Touch Diamond h...
Faster than earlier Touch phones, TouchFLO is snazzy and functional, Plenty of great features, 3.2MP autofocus camera
Battery life needs to be improved, Some more RAM would be nice, No expandable memory slot
The Touch brand from the HTC stable has certainly evolved. From the Touch to the Dual and now the Touch Diamond, it feels like a planned strategy. All these phones were launched in a short span of time, while adopting significant design and feature-lis...

Abstract: If you take a heavy wrench, hit it repeatedly against the weak joints of a rusty sewerage pipe, youll still have fewer leaks than what was revealed about the Touch Diamond before its official launch. To HTCs credit, the official release was still pre...
Nice size; TouchFLO 3D interface looks really good.
TouchFLO 3D slows down when there’s a lot of applications running in the background; battery life could be better; speakerphone function next to useless.
Just like the Touch and the Touch Dual, the Touch Diamond has really taken great strides in making the whole Windows Mobile interface a lot nicer to look at, if not necessarily easier to use. In fact, if the Touch Diamond is anything to go by, HTC w...
