Huawei brilliert auf dem Smartphone-Markt erneut, denn das P30 Pro überzeugt in nahezu allen Belangen. Einzig bei der Benutzeroberfläche besteht etwas Aufräumbedarf, die Spitzenkameras sowie die überaus gute Akkulaufzeit machen dies jedoch wieder wett. Die Unterschiede zum Mate 20 Pro sind allerdings sehr gering. Für Kamera-Enthusiasten und jene, die stets nach dem aktuellen Nonplusultra suchen, führt an dem P30 Pro kein Weg vorbei.

Das Huawei P30 Pro kann auf ganzer Linie überzeugen. Die Kamera stößt in neue Regionen vor, hat aber auch ihre kleinen Macken. Huawei verbaut im restlichen Smartphone fast überall Spitzentechnik, ohne jedoch einen echten Sprung in einem Bereich zu machen. So gibt es in den Bereichen außerhalb der Kamera eher evolutionäre Schritte als echte Entwicklungssprünge. Trotzdem ist das Huawei P30 Pro bisher eines der besten Smartphones in diesem Jahr.

Starke Kamera
Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Wenig Innovation im Design
Besonders im Dunklen kann die vierfache Kamera das Huawei P30 Pro überzeugen. Ganz klar: Auch mit diesem Gerät der P-Serie will Huawei die Fotografen unter euch ansprechen. Auch die restliche Ausstattung gehört zur Oberklasse, von der insbesondere der Akku überzeugt – der wirklich beeindruckt.
Der Fingerabdrucksensor hat dagegen weiterhin Luft nach oben und die Gesichtserkennung musste leider der Optik weichen. Abzüge gibt es zudem für den fehlenden microSD-Karten-Slot. Wer (noch) auf kabelgebundene Kopfhörer setzt, wird sich auch über die gestrichene Kopfhörerbuchse ärgern.

Kamera-Einheit steht knapp zwei Millimeter heraus, Klinkenbuchse fehlt, Akustik nur befriedigend
Huawei landet mit der neuen P-Serie wieder einen Volltreffer. Kamera-Enthusiasten kommen um das P30 Pro praktisch nicht herum. Man sieht aber auch, dass das Niveau in der Oberklasse mittlerweile so hoch ist, dass selbst der kleinste Fehler bestraft wird. Der Verzicht auf einen Telefonie-Lautsprecher kostet Punkte, in Verbindung mit den bekannten Schwächen im Audio-Bereich bleibt der Spitzenplatz verwehrt. Luft nach oben gibt es also auch beim Überflieger Huawei.
