  • T he Nokia N97 Mini with its small dimensions is an nice option when the original N97 is not wanted due to its format. All its onboard functions make it a true all-rounder to the user. OVI-mail can be set on the active home screen as email program b...

  • Small form factor doesn't compromise features, keyboard's ace
  • Same issues as the Nokia N97: touchscreen's average and Symbian isn't great

  • Sleek design, Cool sliding mechanism, Decent QWERTY keyboard
  • Average touchscreen, Boring OS
  • It may be smaller than the N97 but it's a better all-round package and while it will be a joy to use for Nokia fans, those who have gone elsewhere for their smartphone fix will feel a tad disappointed

  • Looks sleeker than the N97; handy Qwerty keyboard; customisable home screen; widgets with live updates; angled screen
  • Bland user interface isn't particularly easy to use; unimpressive display; resistive touchscreen; widgets can be buggy; no multi-touch capability
  • We like the Nokia N97 mini's slimmed-down shape, and it's not lost much functionality through going on a diet. We're not fans of the resistive, dark touchscreen or the uninspiring user interface, but there's no shortage of fantastic features packed in...
