I don't even know where to begin
What I state in my dislikes has to do with the fact that the Ricoh GR III is targeted to such a niche audience. In our original meeting with Ricoh
They showed us how working photographers are using it for more. With that
A lot of money
No tiltable screen or eyelevel viewfinder
No built-in flash
Expensive
Fixed focal length
No viewfinder
No 4K video
Autofocus can be frustrating
No EVF
Strong vignetting if left uncorrected (absent with incamera correction)
Abstract: Verdict: A true enthusiast's camera that prioritises image quality and ergonomics over fancy features. Stiff competition is its only stumbling block. A year ago, the compact digital camera market was stuck in a rut, with most manufacturers offering ...
Superb magnesium-alloy build, compact and lightweight, excellent handling, great image quality, excellent lens, comprehensive level of specification
Large screen hampered in brighter conditions - viewing becomes difficult, no built-in optical viewfinder, pop-up flash position means errant fingers can inadvertently hinder it, Mode dial’s lock fiddly to use
The Ricoh GR Digital Mk III follows on from the popular GR Mk I and Mk II where many professional and enthusiast snappers had found a quality compact “home”. The new Mk III has a new, faster, lens, much improved resolution LCD and new image en...

Abstract: $1,299, available end of this monthThe original Ricoh GR was released in 2013 with an APS-C image sensor. At that time, not many fixed-lens compact cameras came with such a big image sensor. With its size and 28mm wide-angle fixed lens, it quickly garne...
