  • Topoftheline performance, Enough juice for multimonitor gaming, Ripe to overclock, Not too noisy or bulky
  • High power requirements, DualGPU tech overall should try scaling up better
  • Dual-GPU graphics cards occupy the pinnacle of gaming graphics and Nvidia has applied this to come up with the GeForce GTX 590. Does it really stand supreme at the top, and can it fend off the competition in the form of the AMD Radeon 6990? ...

  • Great performance, fan is eerily silent, consumes relatively less power on load, very good design, 3DVision Surround ready, PhysX and CUDA support, better driver support
  • Idle power consumption is a bit higher compared to HD 6990, expensive
  • Nvidia says the GTX 590 will be priced competitively to counter the HD 6990 so we are looking at something around Rs. 40,000- 45,000. This will differ from different board manufacturers so you can expect the big names to charge anywhere from 45K to 55K...

  • Blazing performance, though not as fast as its rival, 3D Vision Surround on a single card, Effective cooler, pretty quiet
  • Cooler vents hot air back to casing, Troublesome to SLI
  • What Could Have Been...NVIDIA has enjoyed a pretty good run of late ever since refreshing its Fermi lineup with the GeForce GTX 500 series. The GeForce GTX 580 finally brought about the full 512 CUDA cores that Fermi promised, and the GTX 570 with its twe...
