  • Backup software isn't the best out there
  • Priced at £89.99 in the UK or $129.99 in the US - where a smaller 320GB version is also available for $89.99 - the Western Digital My Passport Essential is definitely a worthy upgrade....

  • It comes with USB 3.0, Multiple colours
  • USB 3.0 performance isn't great
  • Usually external hard drives are much of a muchness, but if you want USB 3.0 speed and a better warranty, then in this case we'd go with Seagate instead.
