The editors liked

  • Officially licensed LOTR keyboard for the fanbase

  • Fitting artwork
  • Colors
  • And finish on the keyboard to match the keycaps
  • Premium keycaps using rare MT3 profile
  • Upscale tactil
  • Great implementation of LOTR
  • PBT keycaps
  • Holy Panda X switches and Phantom stabilizers
  • Comfortable to type on once you get used to it
  • Solid Build Quality

The editors didn't like

  • Value for money contingent on LOTR interest
  • No key mapping options
  • Switches are soldered in place
  • And only one switch option at that
  • Keycaps are opaque meaning the LEDs are for accent lighting only
  • Typing experience somewhat let down by the keyboard
  • No software included
  • Not a ton of dampening on the casing
  • Plain backlighting & keycaps really don't allow for light to shine through
  • Really only for LOTR fans
  • No Software
  • Single LED Lighting Color
  • Pinging Sound When Typing
  • Very Niche Market
