  • The DBP2010CI supports 1080p/24 playback of Bluray discs
  • The player has internal Dolby TrueHD and DTSHD Master Audio decoding and can pass these formats in bitstream form over HDMI. It has multichannel analog audio outputs for use with older A/V receivers
  • It supports BDLive Web content and can play pictureinpicture bonus content
  • This player uses Anchor Bay's VRS processing chip for improv
  • Excellent image and sound quality on Blu-ray and DVD
  • Good performance from analog multi-channel outputs
  • Solid hefty build
  • "Source Direct" mode for use with external video processor

The editors didn't like

  • This player does not support any type of videoondemand or music streaming
  • Nor does it feature a wireless option for connection to your home network
  • The player lacks internal memory
  • And Denon does not supply an SD card for storage of downloadable BDLive content.
