The editors liked

  • No external power supply needed. USB 1.1 and 2.0 compatible. Easy to set up and use. Compatible with a wide range of software.
  • Very easy to hookup
  • Lots of presets to assist with noise reduction for specific situations
  • Popup hints and tips available to help with recording from analog media

The editors didn't like

  • No included upgrade path to latest version of CD Spin Doctor. Apply Filter option unstable in shipped configuration.
  • No output to MP3 format (WAV
  • WMA and OGG only)
  • No way to get the SpinItAgain software alone

  • very easy to hookup, lots of presets to assist with noise reduction for specific situations, popup hints and tips available to help with recording from analog media
  • no output to MP3 format (WAV, WMA and OGG only), no way to get the SpinItAgain software alone
