Glossy finish attracts smudges
Proprietary charger. Windows RT still lacks in the apps department. Lacks dedicated full size usb ports without keyboard case. MicroSD card slot can only be accessed with a paperclip. Wish it were a bit slimmer and lighter to compete better with the iPad
Larger than most tablets
Can't run legacy Windows apps
Some popular apps missing from Windows Store
No WiFi version
No full USB port
The lack of a kickstand and Microsoft's Surface 2 make it hard for the Lumia 2520 to stand out. Carrier branding limits its availability and the lack of storage may limit the device for power users. Odd button placement and uninspiring
It's a Windows RT tablet
And an expensive one at that
Flawed touchpad design
It's thicker and heavier than recent tablets
And its pointy corners are distracting. The screen has a yellow tint
Storage expansion is only accessible with a key or paperclip
And the keyboard accessory isn't as comfortable to type on as the Surface 2's
Micro USB 3.0 port is useless without a separate adapter (not included). Mediocre sound quality. Keyboard case sold separately. App selection is limited. Windows RT 8.1 is a tough sell for most people
Limited app selection
Back is fingerprint magnet
Awkward touchpad
Lackluster camera
Windows RT
Some software glitches
Pricey
Even compared to highend competition
Windows RT still lacks apps
Minor bugs and crashes
Weak on-screen keyboard
Tablet is quite heavy
Prone to scratches
Heavy keyboard case
The more I write about the Lumia 2520
The more I think I do need to go order one again. I recommend people take an honest look at their tablet needs and what Windows RT 8.1 can offer them. Don't write off Windows RT because it isn't a full Windows OS. Ta

Attractive, colourful design, Bright screen, Plenty of power, 4G
Windows RT has limited apps, Proprietary charging plug, Keyboard dock is an expensive extra
The Nokia Lumia 2520 is an attractive slate with a good screen and 4G connectivity for fast data downloads. It's well priced, too, but it's let down by its Windows RT software that forces you to only source software from its own limited app store....
Nice design, good screen, Office built in, decent Nokia apps, great battery life
Lack of keyboard limits productivity, camera still isn't great
The Nokia Lumia 2520's stellar battery life, above average screen and nippy performance make it the best Windows RT tablet currently available. However, the lack of legacy application support and a bundled keyboard are an issue....

This tablet screen means business, 4G - you won't find that on the Surface 2, Expandable storage is handy for media fiends, Nice Nokia apps are a bonus
Windows RT can't be recommended without an app explosion, A bit heavy and uncomfortable on the go, Expensive, Power Keyboard is an extra £150
If you're happy with the Lumia body, there's lot to love about the 2520, which injects some much needed fun into Windows tablets. It's lighter and more compact than the Surface 2 with a punchier Full HD screen, better battery life, 4G and excellent Nokia...

Good looking design, Great battery life, 1080p HD screen, Gorilla Glass 2 display
MicroUSB 3.0 port needs separate adapter, Mediocre sound quality
Nokia's Lumia 2520 is a pretty good Windows RT tablet, but that makes it second best in a category of only two new devices. The Microsoft Surface 2 is still our favourite Windows RT tablet thanks to Microsoft's complimentary services and the flexibility ...

Eyecatching design, powerful processor, fine screen, decent camera, Windows Office, 4G connectivity, expandable memory, good battery life, fast charging
App store still underpopulated
The Nokia 2520 is a very slick and capable Windows 8.1 tablet with an excellent screen and fast processor that comes in a full £80 cheaper than a similarly specced iPad Air . The app store needs some attention but most of the big names are there, plus e...

So is it worth it? On the surface (no pun intended!), the Lumia 2520 is a powerful device that is both fast, moderately elegant and theoretically powerful. If gadgets existed in isolation it'd be easy to recommend – but of course, gadgets don't exist in i...
Some caveats still apply to Windows RT devices, but if you want an alternative to iPad and Android for a consumption device, the Lumia 2520 is that. It's well built, a great performer and - in red at least - it offers a stylish difference to the usual bla...
Built-in LTE, snappy performance, bright display with great viewing angles, excellent battery life, charges fast
Not ideal for reading in portrait, no built-in kickstand, needs a keyboard for laptop experience, lacks app ecosystem of rivals
We like the Nokia Lumia 2520. Its colourful looks are great and it performs well: there's that really bright screen, built-in LTE for on-the-go connectivity and an affordable price tag out in the States. How that will translate into UK pricing we're...
