The video memory at 3GB limits the GTX 1060 to 1920×1080 resolution
PrecisionX OC refused to launch for us after activation. We probably left overclocking performance on the table by setting our overclock manually by being unable to use the advanced overclocking features it offers
Cliched storyline
Campaign feels relatively brief
Does a poor job at explaining what occurred after Crysis 2.
Remarkably easy
All the way to the end
Lacks the standout battles of earlier games in the series

Crytek seem to have this innate ability to forget what made their previous games liked and fail to address any complaints – so with Crysis 3 we once again see poor checkpointing, an abundance of non-human encounters, not so fun shooting, linear enclosed a...

Topnotch production values; interesting weapon variety; meaty multiplayer.
Singleplayer campaign is unchallenging; multiplayer community is small.

Crysis 3 gives us more eye candy and a similar combat experience as its predecessor. The highest settings are absolutely brutal on high-end hardware. But there's good news: this game's lowest detail setting looks far better than many other games' highest ...
Crysis 3 lacks some of the sandbox elements the franchise has thrived on. Scripted sequences and linear vehicle segments don't belong in the series. The bow makes stealth trivial and the AI still has major issues. Multiplayer is the highlight and builds ...
Overall, Crysis 3 is a good shooter with great, open-ended gameplay mechanics. Now the storyline is nothing that makes the game standout—it's decent. Multiplayer is nearly the same as any other popular FPS (Call of Duty, Battlefield). However, the game sh...

Abstract: New York City can't catch a break. In Crysis 2 , the city was the battleground as we fought against the alien Ceph and the corrupt CELL organization. But as Crysis 3 quickly proves, New York, along with the rest of the world, is far from safe.Taking place...

Crysis 3's amazing visuals are a pleasure to behold, and the game is plenty of fun, though not up to the high standards of its forebears....
Abstract: Crysis 3 isn't just any video game. On consoles, it's a swansong for the current generation, and on PCs, it's a showcase of what games will look like a year or two from now. Of course, there's a lot more than graphics to any Crysis game, but what's mos...
