  • Fabelagtig grafik. Blødende smukt design. Den velkendte Final Fantasy stemning. Innovativt kampsystem. Flotte animerede filmsekvenser.
  • Historien er fragmenteret og intetsigende. Karaktererne mangler personlighed. Repetitivt gameplay. Banerne er lineære og friheden er begrænset. Bosskampene mangler udfordringer og inspiration.

  • Historien og personernes meget forskellige personligheder, den overdådige grafiske overflade, den fantastiske atmosfære og måden hvorpå de har bibeholdt RPG-stilen i spillet.
  • Lidt over den lidt langsommelige start, og at spillet til tider er for nemt.Square enix ville have at nye FF spillere også skulle have en chance for at følge med, så derfor er torturialen lang, sådan har de andre spil også...
