Remote control with display that mimics that of a docked iPod; docking cradle charges iPod and remote; jukebox feature allows on-the-fly playlist creation; remote works through walls and obstructions at impressive distances.
Remote response time is somewhat sluggish; remotes rechargeable battery isnt removable; button layout isnt very intuitive; glitchy performance with large-capacity iPods.
The DLO HomeDock Music Remote is a promising solution for home-based iPod playback, but its hampered by usability drawbacks and compatibility issues with larger iPods. Price range: $99.88 - $129.99
