  • Abstract:  iriver has created some amazing players over the last 8 years they’ve been in the market, and the S10 is no exception. The S10 is iriver’s first foray into the strange and wonderful world that is the mini music player. Clearly designed to compete wi...

  • The undeniably cute iRiver S10 sounds great and is packed with features, but its lofty price tag and paltry battery life might be a deterrent for some users.

  • Abstract:  The iriver S10 is the best low-capacity flash DAP Ive ever had. At the time of this writing (November 2006), what other players have that it doesnt is U.S. availability. It can currently be imported to the States from places like Warehouse123.com ($...

  • Tiny design, Reasonably broad list of features, Intuitive controls
  • Sound still a little lacking, Battery life is poor The Final Word The iRiver S10 is a great model in the entry level digital music player market. Its tiny design combined with great feature set makes it an attractive choice.

  • Brilliant design, D-Click navigation, Good transfer speed
  • Poor battery life, Lacklustre FM auto scan
  • The iriver S10 may have its shortfalls, but its all at the expense of size. At least, from the standpoint of a mini MP3 player, its probably the best that money can buy. ...

  • Lots of additional functions, simple "D-Click" interface.
  • Integrated battery, stubby USB charger/sync plug.
  • There are some limitations that are seemingly inherent in making a portable music player quite this small, but the S10 takes those assumptions and dropkicks them out of the park; its an incredibly capable player for its size, and unless youre totally...
