The FLO TV Personal Television puts 12 TV channels in your pocket, that is, when it works. The potential of this pricey device is debatable, but one thing's for sure: Major improvements are required before it will be ready for prime time....
12 channels constantly streaming, easy to use, switching channels is a doddle
