Abstract: 冬の天敵といえば乾燥。調べによると、湿度が高すぎるとカビやダニが発生しやすくなり、低すぎるとウィルスが活発になるため、理想の湿度は40〜60％とされている。我が家ではリビングルームにパナソニック製の加湿空気清浄機を導入しているが、機械の表示が正しければ、全力で加湿させても湿度は40％前後。天気の良い日は、気持ち良い日差しとカピカピの空気という”天国と地獄セット”が当たり前だった。しかし今冬は、象印のスチーム式加湿器を導入。見た目はどう見ても巨大魔法瓶だが、加湿力は超一流。暖房を入れて...
