  • We’re not sure whether we’d pay £500 for a combined camera and video camera given the low cost of flash-based camcorders, but if you’ve the budget for an HD model, the Sanyo Xacti HD2000 won’t disappoint. If the high megapixel count is less important ...

  • Abstract:  Longtime videographers might not be accustomed to the upright configuration of the Sanyo Xacti VPC-HD2000, but this camcorder is certainly worthy of consideration among the top dogs in high definition camcorders. With the HD2000, youll get strong colo...

  • Excellent camcorder; wide range of functionality; every connection option under the sun.
  • Pistol grip not ideal for photos; only records to MPEG4; expensive.
  • Sanyo has done a good job of refining its Xacti range to meet a range of different user requirements, and the HD2000 is certainly a prime demonstration that compact doesnt have to mean low quality. ...
