TDP and power draw is almost unbelievable at 150W for such a high-performance GPU
Using only one 8-pin PCIe cable
In contrast the Fury X requires two 8-pin cables
Overclockability is very good so far – GPU Boost 3.0 works with the Precision X overcloc
The EVGA GTX 1060 3GB beats the Red Devil RX 470 overall in performance at a similar price
With one 6-pin PCIe connector
TDP and power draw are good and it is quiet in comparison to the reference GTX 1060 Founders Edition. ACX 2.0 cooling is very effect
The EVGA GTX 1080 FTX beats the more expensive Founders Editon in performance
And it beats its Fury X competitor in every benchmark at a similar price
TDP and power draw are good and it is very quiet in comparison to almost any other high-performance vi

Gun mechanics greatly improved
Engaging character creation system
Power Armor more rewarding experience
Very familiar gameplay
Smarter
Useful companion AI
Improved PipBoy with added fun
Intriguing plot
New crafting
Settlement systems add another layer of dimension to gameplay
Fun
Lively soundtrack
Complex character creator
A dense world with a wide range of curious characters and locations
Great hybrid combat system
Your choices have a major impact on the story

The editors didn't like
The video memory at 3GB limits the GTX 1060 to 1920×1080 resolution
PrecisionX OC refused to launch for us after activation. We probably left overclocking performance on the table by setting our overclock manually by being unable to use the advanced overclocking features it offers
Control scheme is barely viable
In some cases
Graphics options are reductive and nearly useless
Pricey
And doesn't include the original DLC. Later sales? Ugh
Gameplay too familiar for some
Too much emphasis on killing everything
Pip-Boy
A clunky window to everything
Buggy at times
Gameplay can get repetitive
Companions are difficult to manage
Lackluster inventory management and world map
Average graphics and some glitches to contend with

Abstract: It's been a long time since I revisited Fallout 4. The Fallout series hasn't been nearly as prevalent as it used to be in pop culture, and the reception to 4 and 76 undoubtedly have contributed to that decline. But there are still people out there who lov...

Abstract: When VR first became a conversation in the gaming world, I never in my wildest dreams pictured being able to play something like Fallout 4 on a VR headset, at least not in any meaningful way. The complexity of the world, the vast array of quests and chara...

So maybe we forgive its flaws. If VR survives I don't think Fallout 4 VR is a game we look back on in 10 years and herald as an essential breakthrough, as a game that added to our understanding of the medium. It's not. Those experiments are happening alon...
