Legacy of the Void continues with the same solid gameplay that StarCraft II has had since the initial release in 2010. Additions to the online mode should also reinvigorate the game and the new Archon mode offers a chance for the less experienced to learn

Wie StarCraft II speelt vanwege de campagne die door de trilogie loopt, heeft aan Legacy of the Void een goede. Heel verrassend zijn de ontwikkelingen in het verhaal niet, maar Blizzard brengt het allemaal weer ouderwets overtuigend, via mooie cutscenes...
Mocht je wel (weer) eens willen beginnen aan een RTS of een StarCraft game, dan mag je er een halve punt bij optellen en is dit een perfect moment om Legacy of the Void binnen te halen. Mocht je de voorgaande delen echter al hebben voelt dit meer als DLC...
